Pumpkin Chai Protein Shake

Ingredients

½ tsp cinnamon

½ tsp cardamon

½ tsp cloves

½ tsp allspice

¼ tsp coriander

¼ tsp ginger

¼ tsp white pepper

1/8 tsp salt (pinch)

2 T pumpkin puree

1 bottle of premiere protein or protein drink of choice

1 Tablespoon maple syrup or agave

Directions: 

Pour protein shake in blender or shaker bottle.  Add pumpkin, sweetener, and spices.  Blend or shake to mix.
