Working at ShoreLodge was my first full time cooking experience since graduating culinary school. I moved to McCall, Idaho and lived there for 6 months and was an intricate part of the pastry department. McCall is a beautiful mountainous area, with lots nature oriented activities (hiking, skiing, golf, hunting, fishing, etc) and nice people.
